Our market has very professional developers, well understanding infrastructure problems. Currently in the market we are observing this situation: we are building either very cheap housing or very expensive. Citizens who have received subsidies for this business go along the road of terrible savings, forming dwellings, which are similar fears – in the future they will turn into barracks and remain, just abandoned. Either they will not be elementary. And at the same time there are very good and very expensive settlements with the necessary infrastructure. And it depends on who is taken to cover this issue, and he builds a certain opinion regarding all low -rise construction. Someone represents problematic, poorly built houses, and the other – expensive chic settlements. The question is that in most cases our legislative framework leaves much to be desired. For example, large families who have received free sites and loans. Shows that there is no institution that is able to teach people how to start from “zero” and get to a specific house built. Citizens do not have a project culture, because we constantly had life spontaneous, according to the worldview: “Now we will build, and there we’ll see”.
