Many residents of large cities, tired of eternal hustle and bustle, noise of transport and the gasket of streets, rush to nature, to fresh air, buying land and erecting houses outside the city. The number of new villages around megacities increases every year. In order not to be disappointed in their hopes, people want to see the future home with warm, cozy, reliable and aesthetic – and at the same time inexpensive. And the climate of our country is quite harsh and therefore imposes certain requirements on what a good country house should be. Given all this, a choice is often made in favor of building a house made of wood, and not brick and other similar materials. Wooden houses in Rus’ were built from gray -haired antiquity, usually these were buildings from logs. But now, a turnkey suburban construction is easier to perform from profiled or glued timber or from frame and hinged elements. These materials are cheap enough, and allow fast assembly of the house, where it will be possible to move in the shortest period after the start of work. Construction can be carried out quickly due to the fact that the main elements that make up the future house are made ready for assembly at the factory. It remains only to bring these elements to the building section and mount a finished house from them. The time of work is about two weeks for the construction of the “box” from the beam or parts of the frame, and about a month and a half for the full external and interior decoration. Since the beam and frame-chip parts do not weigh very much and even one person can raise them, then for the construction of country houses a heavy technique like cranes, etc. p. This even more reduces the costs, from which a turnkey suburban construction and is cheap enough. In addition, a powerful foundation is not required, which again promotes saving. And if we talk about protection against winter colds, then a backbone or frame-chip house with a wall thickness of 25 cm provides the same thermal insulation as a brick house with walls of 80-centimeter thickness. The stone house, in addition to being built longer, is also cutting out a noticeable longer period than a wooden house. But why wait a whole year, if you can move into a freshly built ecological house in just two months?
