The development of the main redistribution of MMK was accompanied by the construction of a complex of sanitary buildings. However, most of the existing buildings of this type, as a rule, are attached to the volume of workshops, are not remarkable either in terms of planning or design construction. The thirty -year development path of MMK illustrates the significant transformations that have occurred in our industrial architecture. The steady development of the power of the main redistribution of the MMK, which is the result of the progress of the metallurgical industry, was accompanied by an increase in the spatial freedom of structures. The introduction of advanced methods of production of construction work, modern building materials and structures was an important prerequisite for the fact that the first industrial buildings of the MMK with puffed and darkened internal spaces and heavy brick facades were contrasted by modern industrial structures more perfect in their constructive solution and external appearance. New prefabricated factory designs, large planes of glass stained glass windows, modern light structures of metal frames. The result of the application of new high -strength steel brands and new principles for calculating structures (at maximum stresses) characterize these structures. Vast, burying and ventilated, they have a joyful bright appearance.
All these transformations, together with the automation of production (primarily in difficult redistribution) led to an improvement in working conditions. To this should be added the creation of an extensive network of landscaped household premises, transport and pedestrian communications in the new period of development of the MMK, which ensure the safe movement of people by industrial site.
