Based on the information provided by the managers of the Yegoryevsky Plant of Building Materials (Pro, by 2015, the volume of aerated concrete produced in Russia will increase to 15 million cubic meters. Aerated concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, lime, water and aluminum powder. Very durable, perfectly holds heat, refractory, light, is not amenable to decay and relatively cheap. Recently, aerated concrete has become more and more popular building materials. It is worth noting that in our country, approximately 70 industrial enterprises constantly produce building materials. Of these, 14 large factories are located in the Central Federal District. Last year, 2 plants opened in the Central Federal District, this year it is planned to open two more. In other words, every year production capacities near the capital increase, their growth is about 25 %.
Demand for aerated concrete is growing annually, but despite this, its production still exceeds the consumer level. Therefore, there is a high probability that the sale of aerated concrete can be difficult for manufacturers. In addition, the construction of new factories suggests that among manufacturers in the building materials market, competition will significantly increase.
