In case of violations of the bearing capacity of the balcony slab, it is strengthened using a reinforcing mesh. The grid is laid on the stove so that at least 3 rods of reinforcement have at least 3 rods of reinforcement on each meter. At the intersections, the rods are binded by wire or welded by electric arc welding. Then a concrete mixture is laid on the grid, at least twice the grid thickness. After that, the mixture is thoroughly aligned.
A linoleum or ceramic floor tile can be laid on dried and primed concrete coating. If desired, cement floors can be painted, but the color will be short -lived. Construction and repair of the house, are very financially costly measures.
