Results of the meeting of the Committee on Engineering and Technical Supply Systems
The Committee on Engineering and Technical Support systems and buildings held the next meeting, many pressing issues were considered on the agenda. The priority issue was the technical aspects of ensuring the required security when performing various work, such as the installation of windows, elevator shafts, delivery and acceptance of work. Separate points included references to a specific technology for installing windows in buildings. Separate mention of installation and laying of the pipeline system, sewage, installation of fire safety system at the required facility were awarded to the technologies. A group of experts coordinated all the work performed, which allows us to draw certain conclusions about their quality. The standards developed are suitable and applicable in various situations and conditions. Some points concerned the features of the installation and design of engineering networks.
Compliance with safety precautions during the installation of engineering systems
The arrangement of the ventilation system and removal of smoke at this facility suggests the literacy of the prescribed rules, since the instructions were repeatedly checked in practice, have a wealthy database of technical documentation on this issue, approval by specialists of the committee. The meeting participants carefully worked out the deadlines for the delivery and the date of the beginning of the rules. The approval was made unanimously, participants in the meeting.
Unified requirements for the delivery of facilities and the issuance of tolerances related to the implementation of certain types of repair work were also submitted for consideration to all members of the committee. Particularly dangerous cases of overhaul and construction work were considered. This item concerned old and dilapidated structures that are under threat of collapse. The formulated techniques made it possible to protect work at such facilities as much as possible, as well as to make it relevant to use various types of energy in such buildings (with the exception of atomic). All issues were considered and adopted by members of the Committee on Engineering Support of Residential Home.
